“University of ‘Opportunities’ for National Development and Prosperity” – RMUTSV Trang Campus Organizes Orientation Program for New Students for the Academic Year 2024
On June 28, 2024, at Major Phian Janyasibsri Auditorium, the Student Affairs Department and Educational Services Office of Trang Campus organized the orientation program for new students for the academic year 2024. Associate Professor Sitthichoke Janyong, Vice President of Trang Campus, presided over the ceremony, along with executives from three departments who welcomed and advised the students.
The orientation program is organized for new students at the beginning of each academic term. It aims to introduce the university and its various internal departments to the students, helping them become familiar with faculty members, staff, and the services available to them. The program also serves as a warm welcome to higher education, preparing students for university life, and giving them the opportunity to get to know the campus better. Additionally, it promotes awareness of proper dress codes and includes fun activities that bring smiles and lasting impressions, facilitated by senior members of the student clubs from the three departments.
The program underscores the importance of the university, not just as an educational institution but as a place where students can develop their knowledge and skills to live happily and successfully. It prepares them to graduate as “professional practitioners who contribute to society” from Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Trang Campus.
